Today from Norris: Evaluate Yourself

How are you doing with your spiritual weight loss, lifestyle changes, and self-improvement? I mean, how are you REALLY doing? Do you do your best to stay with your "Joy of Weight Loss Eating Plan?" Are you active at least a few minutes every day? Do you take time to meditate/contemplate? Do you actually admit your problems and ask God for help? What overall grade would you give yourself? An "A" for effort? A "C" for "I Can’t!" or an "F" for "Food, too much food!" Whatever grade you think you deserve today, the point is to do this exercise as positive and reinforcing of whatever efforts you’re making, not as a way to be critical or to undermine your good efforts.
