Here's an idea that will help you eat less: instead of having dessert – or whatever treat tempts you most -- have half or a third. Split it with your spouse, the kids, or a friend – instead of downing the whole thing yourself. That may sound crazy – especially on those days when it feels like the only thing that will help is a whole truckload of pastries. But you know from experience all the pies and cakes in the world don't really solve anything. So share with a pal! It's a double-good thing to split your treats: Fewer calories for you.
